Abstract


Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine how the customer attitude toward interest in using e-banking within the framework of customer behavior make the decision to use e-banking. Data collection techniques used to deploy 185 questionnaires to customers who use e-banking products BRI (Earring). The analytical method used is the path analysis using SPSS 20. There are three variables that were measured are variable Attitude, Subjective Norm and Perceived Behavioral Control as variable X. As for the measured variable Y is Interests Customer Results from the study showed that the control of the Customer Behavior have a direct influence can be felt very dominant up to 0515%. Due to the use of e-banking BRI are very closely related to the facilities and infrastructure available. So it will affect the interest of the customers to use e-banking facilities BRI is.
